• With over 20 years of professional experience in financial industry, Yosuke has helped numerous companies from angles of M&A, business alliance, capital raising, and business development. Most notably, he was involved in more than 500 M&A transactions during his tenure at Nomura’s M&A Advisory Department where he ultimately headed the FIG M&A team. Furthermore, as VP of Strategy and Sales Development at Assurant Japan, he played a key role in expanding business portfolio and winning new businesses.
• His experience as a Representative Director of Trygle Inc, a popular B2C mobile app development company, adds another uniqueness to his career where he gained hands-on experience of managing a start-up company.
